Shipping, Delivery, and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Aryaf World. To ensure a reliable and professional shopping experience, we outline below our policies in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

I. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are prepared and handed over to shipping companies or couriers on the same business day to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Inside Jeddah: Within 24 hours during business days via our private courier.
    • Makkah & Taif: Within 48 hours during business days via our private courier.
    • Other Regions (KSA): 3 to 5 business days via national carriers (Aramex, SMSA, etc.).
  • Wholesale Orders (Bales & Cartons): These are shipped via our specialized logistics team to ensure the safety of bulk shipments in (Riyadh, Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Mahayil Asir).
  • Shipping Fees: Fees are subject to the store’s policy as shown on the checkout page.
  • Free Shipping Offer: Any "Free Shipping" promotion is a conditional offer subject to the completion of the purchase and successful receipt of the order by the customer.

II. Cancellation Policy (Before Dispatch)

  • Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been processed (prior to handover to the shipping company or courier) without any charges.
  • To cancel, please contact our Customer Service immediately via WhatsApp.
  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, the full paid amount will be refunded via the original payment method without any deductions for payment gateway fees.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, the request will be treated as a "Return." In this case, the customer shall bear the actual costs of the outbound shipping label and the return shipping label to our warehouse. The product value will be refunded only after the items return to our warehouse in their original condition.

III. Non-Receipt of Shipments

Since shipping involves actual financial costs paid by the store to carriers, please note the following:

  • Paid Orders: If the customer is unreachable or refuses to receive a pre-paid shipment without a valid legal reason, the store reserves the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost from the refunded amount, even if the order was under a "Free Shipping" promotion. This is to compensate for the direct loss of the logistical service provided.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): In case of non-responsiveness to the carrier for COD orders, the store reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future "Cash on Delivery" services and retains the legal right to claim the incurred shipping costs.

IV. General Notes

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank's policy.
  • The store is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping companies; however, we are committed to tracking the order until it reaches the customer.
